REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED, however you may return for store credit or exchange.

Highrack do not accept returns for change of mind,

Highrack will accept returns if the item is damaged or not as described.

We accept exchanges within ten days (Postage at buyers expense) 

ONLY if the item is in perfect condition with tags attached (No makeup stains, perfume, animal hair ect)

PLEASE EMAIL US before sending anything back for return or exchange to confirm. (i need to make sure i have your size in stock and hold it for you) :)

Buyer can also receive store credit 

Please note we only make small quantities, so please contact us immediately if you need a different size before sending back! :)

Domestic:

Same day- 2 business days for Melbourne

We have also GONE GREEN with DHL!

We use cardboard or 100% COMPOSTABLE mailers. (NO PLASTIC or waste with our deliveries!)

Tracking will be emailed to you once your item has been picked up.

Highrack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. 

The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Highrack marked as unclaimed or incorrect address.

Highrack does not offer free shipping back to the customer, but we will re send at buyers expense. 

Highrack IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS SYSTEM.

Unfortunately some countries may charge taxes on our shipments, Highrack is not responsible for these charges.
