Delivery-
All packages are sent with AUS POST.

✿ 2-14 business days for Australia wide
All are estimates only, ultimately we don't have much control over unforeseen circumstances that Aus Post sometimes experience.
Tracking will be emailed to you once your item has been dropped off.
Delivery Costs-
Free for Australian orders over $150.00
For Aus orders under $150.00 Standard Shipping is $10. Express Shipping is $14.
Free for International orders over $300.00.
For International orders under $300 Standard Shipping is $30.00. Express Shipping is $55AUD.
For New Zealand Standard Shipping is $21 and Express is $27.

⟶ Please note that Aus Post will hand your parcel over to your local courier upon arrival in your country. You can Track the item via your tracking link up until then, once it has arrived you can track it with the same tracking number via your local carrier. (Example USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for UK.)
Highrack IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS SYSTEM.
Unfortunately some countries may charge taxes or tariffs on our shipments, Highrack is not responsible for these charges. If a customer refuses to pay the tariffs Highrack Studios will not be responsible for the costs of retrieving the parcel and it will be deducted off the customers refund. By shopping with Highrack you agree to these terms and conditions.
Lost or Stolen Parcels-
Highrack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.
The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Highrack marked as unclaimed or incorrect address.
Highrack does not offer free shipping back to the customer, but we will re send at buyers expense.
Sustainability-
✿ I send all orders orders with Shippit who are 100% Carbon Neutral!
✿ We have also gone green with DHL for our Bulk Shipments!
✿ We use 100% compostable mailers.
✿ You can reuse our mailers!
⟶ When you are finished with them please cut the shipping label off your mailer and put this into the bin.
⟶ Then cut your mailer up into smaller pieces and put it in your home compost.
⟶ Your mailer will disintegrate into the earth.
⟶ You can do the same with your garment bag :)
