How long will my order take?

Melbourne orders usually arrive in 1–2 business days, and 2–14 business days elsewhere in Australia. International express is 2–10 days, standard is 2–5 weeks. These are estimates only — Aus Post occasionally has delays outside our control. Full details on the Delivery page.

Is shipping free?

Free for Australian orders over $200, and international orders over $400.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Aus Post hands your parcel to your local carrier when it arrives in your country, so you can keep tracking it with the same number. Some countries charge customs duties or tariffs — these aren't included in your order and Highrack can't cover them. More on the Delivery page.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order, for a refund or store credit. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Sale items aren't eligible for refund or exchange. Full conditions on the Returns page.

How do I make a return?

Download and complete the return form, repack your item in its original packaging, and post it to the address on your returns slip. Refunds and store credit are processed within 5 business days of your parcel arriving. Step-by-step instructions on the Returns page.

My item is faulty, or I received the wrong thing

Email contact@highrackstudios.com and we'll sort it out. Faulty items can be returned at any time, and your return postage is refunded once the item has been assessed.

Where are your clothes made?

By small, ethical manufacturers in Guangzhou, China, who bring each Highrack collection to life in small quantities.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Orders go out in 100% compostable, plastic-free mailers and are sent carbon neutral. Cut the shipping label off, cut the mailer into pieces, and it will compost at home — the garment bag too. More on the Delivery page.
